Mom's Wedding: One Month!

11:02 AM

It's Thursday, I had time to make myself a ginourmous cup of coffee this morning, Brandon got home from work earlier than me last night, and now we're one month from Mom and Dale's wedding! I'd say this day is shaping up to be pretty good. Now if only the sun would come out.

Left to do:
-Make strawberry jam for favors [Buying the strawberries this weekend]
-Put together hotel baskets [hoping to get supplies this weekend]

I updated a few things as they happened since my last planning update, but since then, we've made even more progress!

Mom's technically had her dress for months now, but we also ordered this one, as another option. It's not supposed to ship until the 13th, so we're cutting things a little close. Luckily, we have an amazing seamstress that is super fast. My dress hasn't come in yet either. As of now, all the boys are going to look fantastic and the girls are going to be nekkid.

We also found her wedding shoes this weekend. They arrived yesterday and are even better than they look online. We had ordered these from Shop Bop as well, but there really is no comparison. The wedge is slightly higher [but still under 2"] and it's glitter all over. What's not to love? The strap is also way more flattering. The others kind of look like a grandma shoe.

I'm also super pumped about making these tinsel drink stirrers. I got all of the supplies last night and made one as a test. They're going to be AWESOME.
